But i agree, hire more voice actors, learn from Boshock with the camera, and most importantly:
Don'tr fix classes. like the real world, allow for retaining, and that way, ALL the quests will be interesting no matter what character class you initially create.
Also, i think they should hold ESV back unitl the launch of the Xbox 720 in 2011-12. Maximize potential. On ES each generation is more than enough.

gears 2 looks just like gears 1.
2 years later and the graphics are the same. the 360 was maxed out back in 2006...
